Moving Out Of State While Waiting For Appeal

I'm planning on moving out of state while my claim is in appeal. What will happen to my claim in appeal?

I have a lawyer will I still be able to keep them or will I have to get a new lawyer in the new state?

I meant attorney, poa, dav, whoever... whoever that is your poa... keeping the same one may work for you... it is a very difficult decision, how far are you along in the process, etc...

Keep in mind, your fee agreement probably had no stipulation to cancel based on your physical location. It is very likely that if you fire your attorney for this reason alone, you will be on the hook for any legal fees that were agreed to. Most of the time, it's contracted at $250 an hour.
