If you are not working, I would say excellent BUT

Is the SSDI award solely for your SC conditions?

SSDI ,awarded solely for SCs , is in essense an independent medical opinion that your SCs have rendered you as unemployable.

Also, if VA Voc Rehab ever turned you down, documenting that ,due to your SCs, Voc Rehab is no9t feasible, that too is excellent evidence for TDIU.

When you hit 70%, did the VA advise you to file for TDIU or were you working then?

SSDI....make sure the VA is aware of the SSDI award if it is only regarding the SC conditions..

Javier,

you should be able to get the TDIU rating.

send in your claim for it .

if you can't work and I suspect you can't with SSDI. but like Ms Berta mention is your disability SC?

TDIU has great benefits for you and your family!
