Question

Stopped at J. Lovell FHCC today and talked to guy I gave my claim to in Sep 14, asked him if he knew anything about when I could expect decision--he said let me look, he did taking my SSN, then said OK, looks like they got your retirement stuff from DFAS. If I retired from GM or a civilian company would they be looking at this?? Will I get less if I am getting military retirement?? any feed back desired. Thanx

oldnavy,

more than likely you will get all your pay from VA & DFAS (restored through cdrp as long as VA comp is over 50%. if less then you would lose dollar for dollar then any excess from VA would be paid dfas.). crsc is also an option nut you must apply to your branch.
