Feeling Low

Hate to be a downer but after at least 1000 chat attempts over several weeks, this all I get:

I don't think the chat feature on ebenefits is operational yet.

try an IRIS question by choosing Ask A Question here: https://iris.custhelp.com/

You may get errors as it wants specific sub-categories so just choose one as best you can until it will submit.
