Minutes ago I read in our local news that our town tax clerk (who had been indicted because she had stolen $ 36,000 of our tax money ( but did pay that amount back) was sentenced yesterday to 4 months in jail. She got not only checks for property tax payments but also got cash from me and many others for hunting and fishing licenses paid for in cash. Be Interesting if the New VA Sec can get those bonus's back??? I think them top executive's should be hung out to dry myself! Buck! The Govt or its crooked employees are always so quick to take our $s, but boy when the hammer comes down on them, they sure do retreat in the wrong direction!!! lotzaspotz Posted March 6, 2015 Share Posted March 6, 2015 Future earnings can be attached to an extent until the entire debt is paid back if for some reason they can't return the bonus immediately. Not a hard thing to do, as these guys don't work under the table. That's done on student loans and child support payments in arrears, so there's no reason the debts can't be repaid that way, as well. 63SIERRA Posted March 6, 2015 Share Posted March 6, 2015 The next thing they need to go after is VAMC directors and staff responsible for orchestrating and allowing Data manipulation to take place in order to deny patients care. ALso doctors who are caught intentionally abusing veterans by knowingly denying care and treatment to save money and ASSIST in manipulating data should be prosecuted and lose thier license.
