I would sure ask the Dr to word it as ''least likely as not'' the word reasonable there's no telling how they would read into that its like'' Maybe''

Go with the proven method!

you might mention to your Dr he/she is not held responsible from the VA but they do consider his/her expertise/opinion!

I like GP statement!!

You could ask the Dr assistant to write two IMO's using what the Dr wanted ''reasonable''and one using least likely as not'' let the Dr read both, maybe that would make it more clear to the Dr?

..I don't truly understand why the Dr won't help you out?

its just the way the VA likes things.

I had to have an IMO years ago with a specialist and he was a little reluctant to write ''as least likey as not'' and I explain to him the VA would not hold him liable it was just they use this type of communication to help them in there decision and have for years. he used it I won!

Hi

He went on vacation, and his nurse helped by forwarding it to him. He changed it

and signed it because I had Deadline to get it to BVA by March 13, 2015 before the AMC

certified and sends it to BVA.I didn't get chance to talk to him about it yet.

I applied for a 30 day extension but I don't if it will

get it done in time or how I will get notice from the AMC that I got that extension.

Do you have a copy of what he already wrote that you can post?

It might be good enough to send in.

Also - is the 13th the last day or the 15th? You should just have to have it postmarked by that date. When I sent something in on the last day, I mailed it (for the postmark) but sent a fax too to make sure they got it on that date.
