Anyone Know What This Date Means

Date of Progress Progress Progress Office 05/28/2013 Local VA Office Decision RO 06/12/2013 Notice of Disagreement (NOD) RO 02/10/2014 Appeal Pending RO

the third down that says appeal pending. If the appeal is still at the RO, it isnt even an appeal yet. So what would the signifigance of this date be?

That is exactly what it means. You are now awaiting an award or statement of case (soc).I see you are around 13 months into your nod. Should be coming up soon for decision.

actually its 19 months

06/12/13 to 03/07/15 = around 19 months from date of NOD.

Just don't hold your breath waiting for your SOC. Hopefully there will some good news with that package as well. There was with mine - they CUE'd themselves and granted EEDs on two conditions.

If I dont get either a SOC or DRO date at the 2 year mark,that will be around 730 days since NOD im going to get the governor involved. I believe many congressional offices sell thier souls and have no power .

The RO does a favor for the congressional liason . then tell them dont ever bother them again

After that the liason has to show up with thier hat in thier hand and look at the floor

Try your senior senator. The governor can rant and rave but ultimately has little impact with federal agencies. Or, you can try taking your story to the local TV news.
