brings back memories of being stationed in germany on a field exrercise,, a guy jumped over a big log into a pit full of wild hogs and left his weapon, panics and ran about a mile before our guys caught up with him. then he couldnt find his weapon, and of course we couldnt leave until it was found. If nothing else NEVER lose your weapon. Seems commanders in foreign countries dont like it very much to have a NATO 5.56 chucker left hanging around in the forrests.
