Post a clear title like ‘Need help preparing PTSD claim’ or “VA med center won’t schedule my surgery” instead of ‘I have a question.

Knowledgeable people who don’t have time to read all posts may skip yours if your need isn’t clear in the title.I don’t read all posts every login and will gravitate towards those I have more info on.

Use paragraphs instead of one massive, rambling introduction or story.Again – You want to make it easy for others to help. If your question is buried in a monster paragraph, there are fewer who will investigate to dig it out.
Leading too:Post straightforward questions and then post background information.
Examples:-
Question A. I was previously denied for apnea – Should I refile a claim?

My husband received a 50% award for a mental health claim about a month ago.
We disagreed and felt according to the symptoms, it should be 70%. The original C&P was botched badly and the examiner seemed to be biased. My husband knew it was very important to make the examiner aware of the problems he was having so he tried very hard to tell him everything. But, because of this and also, according to the examiner, the fact that we had been successfully married for over forty years and he was employed for much of that time, he was likely "over reporting" and his condition could not be that bad.
This examiner also failed to fully fill out the C&P, neglecting to list any symptoms. So, the rater simply went by the examiner's opinion of 50% disabling.
We filed a reconsideration less than two weeks ago claiming an inadequate C&P. Today we received a phone call that a new C&P was scheduled for Wednesday. Then, later today we got another call that the new C&P doctor sent it back to the original one for him to complete. Apparently, he will call and ask my husband questions. My husband is very anxious about this. He's not sure how to respond to him. Tell him too much and he's "over reporting". Not enough, the what? What is "just right?" He felt he was just being honest before and that didn't go well. For someone who is already living an anxiety filled life, this stress is very difficult.
Glad we got progress on the reconsideration so quickly but not sure about this same examiner. Also wonder if he will be irritated that we complained about his work.
Any experience with phone C&Ps?
