Homebound is a special compensation, which I believe is like another $300 a month on top of your $3000+ a month. Permanent means likely no more exams in the future for reduction of the 100%. Basically what it means, is you were granted a 100% for a single condition, and then your other conditions added up to 60% or more, which granted you that extra SMC compensation. I am hoping for the same thing soon. Now remember that with the Homebound you can never work again, unless you want to work and possibly lose your VA money and have your %s reduced.
