When I filed in 2002 at this same R.O I filed for anxiety with depression.

Why was this changed to "THE ISSUE

Entitlement to service connection for an acquired psychiatric

disorder, to include anxiety and depression.

I looked at the BVA web site and have posted for you a claim from the same R. O.

I noticed that there claim was not changed- there's remains anxiety.

DOCKET NO. 03-13 319 ) DATE

)

)

On appeal from the

Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office in R

THE ISSUE

Entitlement to service connection for an anxiety disorder.

I notice that for 2006 there are at least 50 cases remaining as Anxiety and Depression?
