Try a different computer at GOV facility (libraries etc..) or at county VSO office. Likely a software issue. I searched your error code and Unique ID code which are the same and found nothing on the web. Good luck.

you can fax a claim to your local RO or mail it return reciept requested.. if you do get thru and file on ebennies copy the page and filing number and save it.. they seem to have a problem " finding " the claim until you tell them you have proof of filing .
