0 Moderator broncovet Posted July 15, 2015 Moderator Share Posted July 15, 2015 Well, that depends. Did you ask for a DRO review? DRO Hearing? What kind of hearing? Local? Washington DC? Have you gotten a SOC yet? Did you timely file the I9? Has it been "certified" to the BVA? On "average" it takes about 4-5 years from NOD to BVA decision. Asked the DRO to review it ( local ) we submitted a doctors note as well he had a firm medical opinion that my husbands case is combat related. It was filled in a timely matter.
