Dic Form

Can someone post the Dic form that has to be filled out for DIC? I saw one that had how much money and assets you have. I am 100% T&P. My spouse as many of you have read in my posts had a incapacitating stroke 10 years ago and can not make any decision on anything. I have a death folder for my children with instructions, and would like to add the correct form for DIC. Do I have to fill out a means form. Thanks flr the help.

Red - it's the VA form 21-534 and it can be found at www.va.gov/, under survivor benefits. Personally, I can't see why they'd need a means test, b/c it doesn't matter, she's still entitled to DIC. Stay well and live l-o-n-g!!!
