They do not always give a test, in my case they said because I have SSD and TDIU I could not work so they recommended an independant living service program which I have been waiting to start sine Feb 05. Every cse is different.

my denial for voc rehab due to the severity of my disabilities didnt do a dam thing for me I just got turned down for SSDI I think a moron from the va just transfered from the VA to the SSA and did my claim B)

send a strong letter from your shrink, any specialists you see ,, your reg doc,, the forn the va has your former employer fill out for tdiu,, your prescriptions and there side effects,, also if you have a cane walker chair etc the prescription for that,, i even sent a copy of my handicap parking tag application the doc filled out. denied 3 months after applying asked for reconsideration 3 months later awarded ssd no improvement expected review in 7 yrs. so much depends on who sees your paper work.
