AB3 COMMISARY LETTER

Rate this question

Question

A commissary letter link showed up on my e-benefits yesterday. I am only 60% waiting for a NOD. My AB8 letter still shows a 60%.

Is this normal. or maybe a sign of a 100% rating?

I clicked on the commissary letter link but I only get this:

They made some updates to the Ebenefits website over the weekend.  The commissary letter is on mine as well (and I'm at 60% too).

No appeal, currently awaiting a decision on 8 secondary claims.

Ebenefits has been "very weird" recently,  and even less accurate than before.  (You could not count on it before, and even less the past week).  To give an example:  In my appeal, it says "Decision letter has been sent", but now it says its been remanded to AMC, and Allison Hickey emailed me, and said it would be "advanced on the docket" at BVA.   All these answers were in the past 3 days.

Clearly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing there either.

Amen.  On my profile, it states I am not service connected at all (under AB8), but am receiving non sc pension. My SC on two conditions was granted Aug 14, 2015 by BVA, so how am i receiving non sc pension? The pension line marked yes, just popped up today, more ebennies ....oops!

NSC Pension is not payment for disability. It's based on income. Even though you may have low % SC'd disability, the Pension amount may be greater, so that is

what is paid.  E-Bennies has been in an almost constant state of change, and inaccuracy since I can remember.
