Question
Sgt eve
Can they award you say.... 60% (30, 10 10, 10 and 10 for another condition) but you get no money?
One paragraph says this,
"Your overall or combined rating is 60%. We do not add the individual percentages of each condition to determine your combined rating. We use a combined rating table that considers the effect from the most serious to the least serious conditions."
On the rating decision page it states the introduction..... then under Decision paragraph it states
1. Service connection for generalized anxiety disorder with depressive disorder granted with the evaluation of 30 percent effective October 1,2005.
Then 4 more conditions are granted for 10% each and then 1 condition claimed is granted for 0%.
Does this mean they just said, yeah your hurt but no we aren't compensating you?
TIA
