Brothers and Sisters - Our CarlieCash had a heart attack Thursday and flatlined at home, 911 was able to get a heartbeat again, but to much time had passed. She is in a coma and recovery is not possible. Her wife Lucy has been handed the difficult task of letting her go and her decision is to wait until Veterans Day to honor Carlie and to let her go to her reward then. I am sure that Lucy and Carlie would appreciate all prayers and kind thoughts sent their way. I am heartbroken.

Their address

Lucy Croft

1702 - 55th St So
Gulfport, FL 33707

Tbird,

I am so sorry for your loss, even as yet her body still breathes, we know it's only her flesh.  She is in Heaven already enjoying her restored body.  I will pray for you, as well, and all others who will be effected by her passing.

So sad to read this news. Carlie was such a sharp and giving person! I hope there is someway that Lucy can get the DIC.

Carlie wanted to take care of Lucy. If the hadit family can help in fighting for the DIC, count us in. Ther should be an exception granted to those who were not allowed to marry, but were other than a legal paper, married.

Prayers to Lucy.

Carlie was a good friend of mine also. We talked numerous times about VA claims, hers and mine as well as others. She became VA educated and when she did she shined. Lets hope for a miracle here. She is too young to leave us.

If it were not for Carle I would not be where I am today.

I wondered why I hadn't heard from her for awhile and was worried.

I will remember the 0200 phone calls, the laughs and plans to meet at the Beau Rivage.  She will forever be in my heart and mind.....
