I was prescribed gabapentin for nueropathy in my feet, worked great, for that.  But the side effects not so great, screwed up my sleep cycle, messed up my digestive system.  Had to quit taking it after a week.  Took another week to be okay, and 2 more after that to return to normal.

The VA prescribed Lyrica and Cymbalta for me after several other meds were ineffective.  I couldn't tolerate either so now I'm back on tramadol.

TALON II FE What is not true in my post above? if you have  side effects taking Gabapentin or it don't seem to help  Dr will adjust the dosage ,or prescribe some thing close to it or even the more exp
