Buck, Epeggy is no better than 1-800 peggy.  They both don't know what is going on. If you log into Epeggy or call 1-800 peggy they both will tell you " At this time, your Regional Office is unable to provide an estimated completion date for this type of claim". It basically means that at this point in time that VA does not need anything from the veteran to make their decision but once VA begins to review the evidence again all that may change and VA may request more evidence from the veteran or make a decision.  I know in all that I said absolutely nothing.  Even if a veteran try to chat with E-chat peggy the veteran will get the same Old copy and paste or pre recorded " we apologize for the delay. At this time, we are working as blah, blah, blah".

Yeah I figured something like that!

I sent them all my evidence and anything I think they needed and their request for information, 1 2 &3 they ask for  and I called peggy  ...>  said she they had it.

How ever since then MH Doc had me  get a sleep study and I been diagnose with  SA OSA and it maybe be contribute to PTSD  the reason the MH Doc Had me to do the sleep study.

I got c-pap machine from VA to use at night now.

the VA Raters don't know about that yet  I have not submitted it.

I think I'll just wait until I hear from them...not look on e benefits

Thanks Pete
