EBenefits not showing my claim???

Rate this question

Question

I have an appeal and a claim in to the VA, and for the past few months, EBenefits has shown both as Gathering of Evidence.  This morning however, my claim is showing, but not the appeal.  I am confused to why this would have disappeared?  They actually opened a new claim for the same illness that I have the appeal in for, and they have both disappeared?  Does anyone know why this would happen, or has this happened to anyone else?

I'm not sure what's going on with eBenefits either.  I logged in this morning and looked under the disabilities section to check to see if there was any progess and all it shows when I click on any of my claimed disabilities is a blank screen (no error messages, just Claim Details at the top of the page and the link that says return to work in progress).  I also have a Privacy Act request and it shows the full status of it, so while I originally thought eBenefits was down, it appears that it's still working, so bring on the eBenefits confusion once again.

Mine is the same no status when you click on the date hopefully they will get this ironed out.

Its only the appeals, and not regular claims.  Is yours the same?

Mine is only on appeals as well.  The first picture shows what my appeal shows when I try to see the status and the second one is from a privacy act request.
