EBenefits not showing my claim???

I have an appeal and a claim in to the VA, and for the past few months, EBenefits has shown both as Gathering of Evidence.  This morning however, my claim is showing, but not the appeal.  I am confused to why this would have disappeared?  They actually opened a new claim for the same illness that I have the appeal in for, and they have both disappeared?  Does anyone know why this would happen, or has this happened to anyone else?

That is normal. Every year it will change mine also said "the effective date of the last change to your current award was: December 1, 2014".  You can go to your disabilities to verify your actual date. My NOD for 100% was dated back to Mar 2012.

I haven't, but to be honest, I'm very new to Hadit, so I don't have a lot of experience with all the forums yet.  Have you tried to call the 800 number to see if they know anything?

Yes, last week when I would look under the "disabilities" tab, it would show "preparation for notification".  Then earlier this week, when I clicked on the "disabilities" tab, it would pull up each claim, but the screen would be blank other than the link that said "return to work in progress".  That's what it showed even last night when I checked it, but when I opened it this morning, then it showed the 80% along with each individual rating.  I then went to check the letters to see if it showed anything and sure enough, I was able to print the Summary of Benefits letter that showed the percent and amount.

Ok, now I'm confused!  So my appeal disappeared from Ebenefits last week while it was in "Gathering of Evidence" phase.  I can no longer see the status of it, while my other claims (not appeals) are still showing up.  This morning, I got a call from the Philadelphia VAMC, I missed the call, and they didn't leave a message.  Tried calling back, but of course no one there knows who called me, and why.  Could it have been the DRO?

Have you tried to call Peggy to see if there's any notes in the system about who may have called you?  I've heard other folks mention having DRO's call them, so maybe it was the DRO.
