Hard to say, I have a bladder machine installed last year, and only get 60%.  Just hard to get 100% on anything.  I just went thru a recent C&P for increase and was told 60% was highest for my condition.  Wish u the best and God bless

This link contains the rating criteria and percentages for all conditions: https://www.ecfr.gov/cgi-bin/text-idx?rgn=div5;node=38:1.0.1.1.5

Take a look at the criteria for each condition and see if your condition qualifies for a higher rating. As Navy04 indicated, some conditions peak out at a certain percentage.

Some conditions or medication to treat them can actually cause secondary conditions. Because you have cervical issues, have you noticed neurological problems with either arm/hand? That may indicate radiculopathy, which is numbness, tingling, pain, burning, etc... Sometimes the SC conditions cause stress or depression. Problems with the plumbing or side effects of medication used to treat it (or cervical issues) may also impact reproductive functionality causing things not to work like they should. Issues like these can be explored for secondary service connection.
