Question

Got my decision letter today on my reopened chronic fatigue. I have attached the decision letter and would really appreciate if someone that knows better  than me can help.

I sent a DBQ from my urologist, and have been receiving treatment from the Dallas VA for the symptoms for over eight months so I am very confused with their decision.

Thanks for any insight you can give.

I served in the first Gulf War and I 50% disability for Fibro ans sinus issues

The 10% for sinustitis remains unchanged and the VA has scheduled a 2021 review because they feel it could substantially improve.

The fibro- they gave you the highest rating allowed by law for the fibro.

The CFS :

http://www.va.gov/vetapp15/Files2/1509651.txt

One vet succeed with the CFS and one was denied.

BVA decisions shows us how these claims can be awarded or what they specifically lack.

This one is even better......CFS found as secondary to Fibro !!!:

Are you employed? If not do you get SSDI solely for the Fibro? or for CFS too?
