Yes, that's what I did was put in a FOIA request for my C P Exam/QTC, through my congressman office, it took me about 10 days to get a copy. I'd give it a good 2 weeks depends on how long the Examiner takes to fill out the report...My PTSD Forensic exam took 2 1/2 weeks for the report not the rating ..rating takes longer.
