Dr.Bash.John Dorle Blog radio show

Question

I hope many caught this show, which will loop:

Among many other issues ( and certainly the Candyland fiasco and the new Waiting list scandal info, and Phoenix) there is important on the show as to filing FTCA/1151 claims that everyone should know.

It is all probably already here under 1151 /FTCA but always bears repeating.

In addition to Phoenix, Candyland VA Dr arrested for homicide  , Wait list info out yesterday and today at Fox news ,I forgot to mention this on the show---we are all aware of the recent Suicide Hot Line fiasco:

"The family of a U.S. Army veteran who killed himself last year after calling a Department of Veterans Affairs suicide crisis hotline and being sent to voicemail is seeking $18 million in damages from the government and a private contractor.

Mindy Murillo, the widow of Thomas Young, filed a claim for wrongful death against the VA on Tuesday under the Federal Tort Claims Act, which allows veterans and their families to seek damages from the department. If the VA denies or does not respond to the claim in six months, Young's family can sue."

I expect more FTCAs on the Hot line crisis to be filled.
