ebenefits The Shell Game Continues

I'm so grateful that I am involved with my dad's claim. He was pending decision on April 8 (all c and p exams completed and favorable) and then he receives a letter on April 15 that he never uploaded his 526 EZ to ebenefits. Has this ever happened to one of you?  

Unfortunately for them, I was able to find it in ebenefits myself with the date stamp of 12-15. This shell game they are playing with these vets is unacceptable. ?
