Can two claims exist for mental health at same time

Question

I filled for reconsideration of PTSD claim and I also filed for secondary condtion depression secondary to service connected Migranes was told by DAV rep that I cant do that both claims cant be filed at the same time.

I also filed for an upgrade on Headaches/Migranes im at zero percent but I have a DBQ from a VA doctor that states I am prostrate for more then three times a month and the medication I take and that I have a migrane with Aura any thoughts

You can try to claim it but they are going to put it all together under 1 MH rating anyway. You can't have 2 specific MH ratings.

yes you can file two claims at once but they don't like it. read this information about FDC Claims.

brokensoldier244th is correct  you can only get one mental heath rating   PTSD or Depression  one or the other.
