Question

I'm 70% PTSD and the VA has notified that they have deferred my TDIU back to Feb 11, 2016.  My VA Doc. has stated in writing that I am not capable of holding a job. I have applies for 100% TDIU how long do you think it will take for a positive decision. I am 71 years old.

Should be anytime now  and  normally what they may do is send you the difference in adjustment from 70%to the 100%rate and keep your rating at a 70% but pay you at the 100% using the extra scheduler (b) if your SC PTSD keeps you from working, however at 71 should you be working?

It could be Feb11-2016  to this month May..so check your Bank Account soon!
