Question

If you have more evidence now to present for a NOD do you need a particular form or just compose a letter to VA Regional Office and attach new information?  If a form what form do I use?  Thanks.

Submit via Ebenefits and it will append the date/time stamp and everything automatically. Otherwise use a 21-4138. Keep the originals of the form and what you submit.

I scan everything. Scanners are cheap now, and I have a free app on my phone, even, that will turn out good quality PDFs and read OCR on documents. Comes in handy for things when I don't have the documents at home. It will email directly within the app, also. Nice feature.

Its called CamScanner. Im sure there are other apps that will do it, but Ive use this one for about 6 years.
