Pending Disabilities

Had several claims submitted last month, both new and reopened. The claims "closed" a few days ago and now the Pending Disabilities states "We cannot retrieve information......" Plus my percentage has not changed. Any insight on this? Thank you and God Bless.

I am not sure this is correct?

on my ebenfits  it shows one of my claims is complete   which is true  on my PTSD 70%.

However I filed an ITF Claim back in Jan of this year &never mention what I intended to file.

 I need a medical nexus and some more medical records/evidence to send in before I actually hit the send button

they have me down as gathering evidence on my ITF...This maybe correct?

Anybody know?

Don't give up.....

Sound medical evidence will trump all in the end.

Some raters take issues to literally and don't consider the triangle.

In service incident, current diagnosis, and nexus/treatment.

It aint rocket science, but you have to make sure raters explicitly they understand your argument.
