Greetings

My BVA claim (Docket 11-12-911) has been lingering at the BVA for quite some time with no apparent daylight in sight of being resolved.  I will call the number you provided and get a status update.  Thanks

Best Regards

Chiefhouse

Will customer service also let me know if my appeal has arrived?

Filed form 9 sometimes ago, but I have no idea if the paperwork is actually in Washington, DC.

Called 1-800-827-1000 and they gave me my docket number.

I'm prepared for a three year wait.

Part of veteran frustration is exactly not knowing procedurely how things work and ebenefits has become so vague.

Does eBenefits show any status change?  Usually they will show a Form 9 Appeal or Notice of Disagreement for the claims if you filed and they have "received" it.
