Are you sure its not NVLSP?  If your hearing is as bad as mine...I make mistakes like that often.  It makes sense, too.

The NVLSP represents Veterans in a class action suit against the VA.  

Further, the NVLSP reviews Nehmer claimants.   YOu may be having 5 C and P exams because of NVLSP.  Maybe.

jfrei, I think I know what you are referring to, I have a request under ebenefits for an examination, it says &nbsp under mine as well, I called peggy and was told that they were requesting a medical opinion that I did not have to be present for (I believe its for my ibs), I also have a c&p exam that I do have to go to in july. Peggy didn't tell me what the nbsp stands for, she simply said it means that I do not have to attend that exam, as it was a request for a medical opinion.
