First post on the forum. I have a claim pending for PTSD (secondary to trauma, blah blah) MST - Army veteran. I've had a couple of requests show as "No longer Needed" (one was the buddy statement request). What does that mean? My intent to file is April 9, 2016. Thanks to all for your service.
