Question

Hey Everyone,
Quick question I recently filed for compensation for PTSd and got a rating for that of 50%
Also I filed back in 2013 for TBI and received a rating of 40%.
I've used the calculator on this website which results in 70% and the letter says my compensation remains the same?
Does anmyone know why?
Thanks
