How long did it take for Dr. Bash to complete your IMO?

Had a great attorney, but since I couldn't get my IMO, had to find another one.

The one good thing about the Base Defense Act is no lawyer fee's!

For mental Health IME's I do know of a really good shrink in Tampa who really knows how to write an IME/IMO.  I got two from her and she accepted my insurance to pay.  I need one to help me get SC'ed for sleep apnea.  I have a pulmonologist but he is only interested in treating my OSA.  Many of your regular doctors don't want to give an opinion on the causes of your disability.  They just do not want to opine or stick their necks out one inch.

I HAVE contacted John Dorle, who is working with Dr. Bash on veterans claims.

I have completely explained my concerns in depth to John Dorle. He said he'd contact Dr. Bash.

No results. Nada.

I finally got an answer from a firm in California that is collaborating with Veterans Medical Advisor.

Said they would check Dr. Bash's schedule for me.

They scheduled a date and a time for Dr. Bash to call me.

I waited all day for the phone call that NEVER CAME.

I called the firm and spoke to the person that scheduled the telephone conference and complained.

All I ever received was excuses from this firm and acting surprised that I didn't get a call.

Nothing more.

I believe there's more to this story than we are being told.

What is the name of the "firm" in California?

How long ago did you pay him for the IMO?

This is very concerning to me. Maybe he had to farm out the IMO to someone with more expertise on the disability you claimed..... ?????
