Isnt it interesting VA LOOVES to hire contractors for c and p exams, but to try to get the VA to pay a independent medical controactor for our health care, we have to jump through multiple, multiple hoops, starting with we have to have a referral from our prime care doc.

And if we have to cough up money out of our pocket to get an IME or health care from a competent physician, the VA refuses to reimburse because we could have gone to the VA instead.
