How Hard (no pun intended) is it to claim ED secondary to PTSD?

Do the MH Dr need to note this  or the PCP?  WHO?

According to this link?

Anybody know if its a 10% rating?

the  Dr can do some testing, like testosterone in the testicals, and brain,. but its not conclusive.there are  many variables, everyones different. Its hard to get "randy", if you have things weighing heavily on your mind. the  smk is called... " loss of use of creative organ". or something to that effect.

Im surprised the Va isnt putting penis bands on people yet, and making them watch  erotic movies to measure arrousal. heck nothing surprises me anymore.

Viagra does help, some people.. the VA has cut the pills down to 2  a month. if you cut them in half, you can halfway get off 4 times a month!!! hurahhhh. hurahhhh..  . I guess its ok for the VA to waste billions on bullshit,     but when it comes to a vet having congical happiness, theyve decided you get 4 shots at it a month..  ,

An ED DX with an RX for the Pill,Pump or injection, still needs the DBQ or Clinician Notes, linking the ED DX to whatever Primary SC Condition your claiming caused the ED, to get the SMC K.

Asking for and Discussing the ED DBQ with a Female Dr is no more difficult than having a Female Dr give you a Prostate Exam. The fact they have smaller diameter fingers, is of course a plus. You do it once, you'll always want a SHE Dr.

Send your PCP or Urologist a Secure Msg on MHV, asking for the ED DBQ. Give a brief history of your ED, in relationship to your PTSD Meds. If the Dr agrees the SC Meds or Conditions are causing your "Dead Weapon," the SMC K Award should be a lock.

I know this is a sensitive subject.  But the smaller finger relationship had me rolling.  Not because it is embarrassing, but because it is sooo true.   :blush:Similar experiences. :blink::ohmy::blush:

I feel kind of silly asking you this guys, however, the last blood I had drawn by the VA showed low T, levels, it wasn't until 2015 by my private doc that she gave me a testosterone shot.  Kind of borderline abnormal for the age group and conditions I have been diagnosed with. So low t-levels isn't unheard of.   Have you had similar circumstances or results? The last 5 doc visits I've had, I needed to have the shot.

Talk about a Pucker Factor, Vet walks in to his PCP, the Dr Has Catchers Mit Hands with index finger looking like a Bratwurst.

NFW, right, stay in front of me Doc. There has to be a She/Dr that could use some Prostate practice.

Not a good idea for the Dr or Nurse to do a recheck on your BP, right after the Prostate exam.

Never Had female Doc do a Prostate exam on me...but yeah I agree with the small fingers.

I don't testosterone injections  or anything to boost my testosterone level.could try the V pill I suppose but no arousal no errection.

I just lost interest in sex...b/c of this ED Problem 2 years ago  no problem, but since I been on PTSD Meds Big Problem.

I'll check with my PCP and let her know I wanted to address this personal problem with her and ask if my ptsd meds can cause this?  b/c since I started taking them I lost interest in sex and it frustrates my spouse  but she understands..but its not fair to either one of us.

do you guys actually think my pcp will help?
