How Hard (no pun intended) is it to claim ED secondary to PTSD?

Do the MH Dr need to note this  or the PCP?  WHO?

According to this link?

Anybody know if its a 10% rating?

He He...

Unfortunately I sure have no contact with him as he not only quit his Vet rep job suddenly after I filed a 43 page complaint with the VA General Counsel on a  bunch of reps to include him,and including  their state director, who were giving out very inaccurate advice .He left town also They are all gone.

It started with my VCAA letter and my 2003 DMII claim.

The VCAA letter was illegal. Two reps and their state director said I was wrong.in writing!

The BVA agreed with me, it was inappropriate in every way but BVA stated  I mitigated the damages with evidence to support my claim, sent with the claim but ignored by the VARO and awarded.

So it took 6 years to an award but I hope their replacements  learned not to mess around with widows or defy the VCAA.I have no idea how many vet claims they messed up on.

Well I suppose its ok for Lady member like MS berta  but I was referring to the lady members that have Endured MST/PTSD.

I can only imagine they don't care to hear about this type of talk..although were discussing it as  Male Health problem and for the wifes.

If its ok with everyone  then OKIE-DOKIE.

I emailed my PCP ask her if she can help me with it  Just mention to her that I lost interest in sexual actitivy since taking the PTSD Meds and maybe possible other VA prescribe Meds.

I just mention  a few things  and ask if she could help me with it? I never mention anything about filing a claim  to her....yet anywayz.

I will file a claim for it  but I want my sex life to came back  which I have my doubts.  with a VA  Diagnose of Chronic PTSD I don't much think the V blue Pills will help?

sensitive as this topic is, if I may Buck,  just request to have your T levels checked out.  Speaking for myself, I was embarrassed to talk to my private doc as well, similar situation, young attractive doctor, made the situation worse for me, however, it is a matter of health.  Whether male or female issues such as these, the topic should be brought up with your primary doc, it can be discreet, Drs are human beings, if they are professional and respectful it makes it easier.  I get the T shots by my pain management doc when I have a pain med consult.  Just my thoughts on the subject, take care.

Buck, a good friend (69) of mine just got the Bad News that his Prostate Cancer (Treated with radiation) back in late 2008/09, which had resurfaced with elevated PSA Readings of 10, in early 14 and had been treated with Hormone Replacement Therapy (Estrogen Shots with all the side affects) has now Metastasized to his Bones. Starting Chemo next week, prognosis, not the best.

The primary reason he didn't have the Prostate/Seminal Vessel Removal Surgery, was fear of incontinence & ED. Not sure about the incontinence but I know he had trouble all along with ED.

A Nam Vet buddy of mine, long time ED DX, swears by the "Pump."

Be very careful regarding any Hormone Replacement Therapy.

What was your last PSA reading?
