Is spending $100 a year worth it to join the Vet's Law Blog Premium service?  I may be filing a OSA claim and I am going to need plenty of help.  I lost my long time psychologist to sickness and old age.   I need all the help I can get to go forward  these days.  I am running as fast as I can just to stay in one place.

You have used Dr Ellis from Okla City.??

How did your outcome turn out?

Usually a VA Dr won't write a Nexus because they can be fired for doing it.  As of 2010 the VA came out with special EMPLOYMENT RULES that prohibits a VA Dr to write these.

This Must be why they are very reluctant or telling us no.

Buck,

Sorry didn't see this...

I have processed 3 claims this year since apri, moved myself from 10% to 30%, then from 30% to 70%, and now from 70% to 90% (as of last week).  Dr Ellis's note was a big help especially with my knees and feet.

I have tips if you are gonna go see him.

I think this belongs in the DIC 38/3.22 Area?   it don't apply to you, it only applies after your death  as I understand your statment.

this is referring to veteran serviors,Ms Berta would know she has a lot more knowledge on this  than I do.

this link may help?

Thank you syne7

I bet Dr Ellis is great help..I don't think I will need him now I have enough evidence on my own, my only question is what the raters use as ''credibility''  as for as using a VA  P.A.-C (Physician Assist- Certified) But under the supervision of a VA  MD...As opinion.

I may just take the chance...if denied for this reason? I'll send in the  (NOD) I'll use an IMO, From a Board Certified Specialist.

But I sure hope I don't need too, those specialist are getting expensive and far and in between...its getting now they only take insurance and not recieve cash payment...so that makes it harder for a veteran that don't have an extra Insurance private policy.

which I don't have. VAMC is my only Healthcare at present.
