Question

After speaking to a lawyer at hill and ponton yesterday, she said they could see everything in my c file through vbms. Is there anyway for us normal folk to login to that site? I can't even find any kind of homepage for it.

Its actually way, way cool that your attorney can now access all that is going on.  Attornies, also, were frustrated by VA not knowing what is going on.

A few weeks ago, someone posted that they hired an attorney AFTER BENEFITS HAD ALREADY been awarded, with neither the claimant nor the attorney knowing that a favorable decision had been made 3 months earlier.

Since the fee agreement is time sensitive, the client got all the retro and owed the attorney exactly "0".  The fee agreement entiltes the attorney to a percent of future decisions, but not past decisions, ever.
