Abnormal Contralateral Reflexes

Rate this question

63Charlie

Question

Claim for hearing loss was denied.

During the C&P exam an immittance test(tympanogram) was done.

This test consists of testing the ipsalateral reflexes and the contralateral reflexes.

The examiner checked the box that my immittance test was normal.

Underneath this, box, a different set of boxes were checked indicating that I have abnormal contralateral reflexes in my left and right ear.

Is this grounds for a CUE, or should I file a NOD?
