The examiner did not make statements as to the "Yes" in # 19.....

Did they state in the C & P results ( or do you have evidence of) any nexus to your service, or do you already have a SC rating

or was this claim for a higher rating?

The VA Schedule of Ratings is here in a separate forum.Halfway down the scroll, you can find their rating criteria for this condition.

Berta,

Here's the statement below. For some reason he put all of his opinions on a separate form.

    a. The claimed condition, which clearly and unmistakably existed prior to
service, was aggravated beyond its natural progression by an in-service
    event, injury or illness.

    c. Rationale: The veteran's flatfeet symptoms got progressively worse in the
service.  Most treatments now provide little relief.

That is a Great statement! just what I needed to see.....

I know this is a very painful disability.I have severe pronation too but am a civilian.

The VA will rate what they consider to be the current  level of "aggravation".

Kin, we're all just lay people, when it comes to ratings. Are you currently SC'd for your Feet? What %?

You may or may not get a good bump, what do you think? Are you currently working?

Could end up with an "Inferred IU Claim" being mentioned in your Award/Denial Letter. Get prepaired to File the IU Claim. Do you have personal Earned Income above $12,400, under 65 yrs old, $11.400 over 65?
