Just because it currently "Ain't an AO Presumptive," doesn't mean it won't someday be, right. I have no idea what the numbers are, but I'm one of them. Back in 06, I didn't file a CAD Claim due to my own ignorance regarding VA Comp. The fact that CAD wasn't an AO Presumptive, didn't really figure in. Did finally file a claim in 08/08, Denied 09, Awarded in 2010 when CAD got added to the AO List. Retro back to 06 would have been even better than the 08 filing date, my bad. File the FDC, let the VA figure it out. Even if Denied, there's always the possibility for a down the road Award. Semper Fi Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
