I'm not sure I understand your question?

As for as travel pay VA only pays a  qualified  veteran to and from his VA Medical Appointments.

Now if your living in Jamaica  VA Should have an Out Patient clinic in that country?

If your needing travel pay to leave Jamaica For Chicago...I don't think you will get that from the VA?

Jamaica does not have a va if you read the travel requirements it states to the nearest va that is in miami florida.. My family lives in Illinois.. The only foreign va is in the philippines.. there is a foreign medical program that reinburse me for service connected disabilites only.. but I need to go to a va hospital.. So i dont think more or u know the answer hopefully someone does will post. thanks anyways

Adkins, I am merely a follower on this site. I only know enough to recognize when someone is reaching out for help. That said, I am sure that if you contact a VSO in the Chicago area, they will have someone there to provide you winter clothing and some transportation and advice. If not, let me know and I will spring for a coat, stocking cap and gloves.
