EBenefits Login

I am trying to login into my EBenefits account on a laptop that I have logged in with before.  I am using Chrome and IE.  Both are giving me the error of:

This site can’t be reached

myaccess.dmdc.osd.mil’s server DNS address could not be found.

 

I have added *.dmdc.osd.mil to my trustted sited on IE and it is still not working.  Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.

It maybe you just have to change your internet security to accept all cookies from the website or just turn down the security level

You might be able to solve this by following the instructions here:

These instructions will be slightly different depending on what version of Windows you have, if you can say what version of windows you have I can give appropriate instructions.
