Question

i have been diagnose ptsd and depression.i had a panic  attack last week and call veterans crisisline,i talk to some lady and calm me down but then she ask if she could get my last 4 of ssn and give permission to check my records after call i did because was not thinking but now afraid why she need check my records.

Are you S.C. for PTSD?

OR Diagnoses by the VA with DEM 5 PTSD?  A lot of times they ask for your last 4# to identify you and it depends on how bad you let them know your symptoms are and get your address and call authorities out to your home

I don't think you need to worry....you may go to ROI Desk (Release of Information) at your VAMC and ask for your medical records back to this date  see if they mention it  after 3 days

I was diagnose by VA with depression and my private doctor when i was partial hospital with PTSD and Depression,my  private Imo as depression and ptsd. I will check my medical records under my healthvet and see if she added anything that was friday morning when had call crisisline.
