C&P for IU CURIOUS

I put in for IU had my Recent C&P exams and on my one exam it indicates i have Radiculopathy in all four extremities Moderate, further I have an appeal in several years old waiting to go to the Board because i have in the appeal for Radiculopathy in all four extremities that they have denied because all prior examiners said i didnt have it and my IMO's also said i had it. Will this recent C&P exam TRUMP their past denials ?? Because this would put me at 100% Scheduler with back pay.

Any thoughts on this??

Yes, send them a copy of it ....did they completely ignore your IMo evidence for that appeal?

It is never too late to file a claim CUE on anything and maybe as a CUE ,with a copy of the IMO again and  a copy of the recent C & P ,would get the claim some attention because you said it has been 'several years' waiting for BVA transfer.

I assume their denial for the radiculopathy did not have any service nexus issue.
