0 Carl the Engineer Posted March 31, 2017 Share Posted March 31, 2017 Yep, you have to register at the VA in person to get on a premuim Ebenefits site. You should be getting a letter in the mail here shortly that explains it all. Usually a couple 3 days after the bank deposit, Or, you could call Betty and then gamble on who ever answers telling you what happened to your claim. Hit or miss on getting information from Betty.
