0 Carl the Engineer Posted April 2, 2017 Share Posted April 2, 2017 Tazzz, I stopped at my CVSO (County Veterans Service Officer) and she had me sign a 21-4138. She sent that in. 0 HadIt.com Elder Buck52 Posted April 2, 2017 HadIt.com Elder Share Posted April 2, 2017 I think its a good Ideal if you request your c-file before you start a claim other than a ITF Just my opinion here, when you start your claim the Claims Intake Center Request it and if they get it first you will have a longer wait time for it......this may not be for all but just my experience. Contact National Records Personal Center'' Archives'' in St Louis request a ''Complete'' Redacted Copy of your C-FILE You will get it on CD. https://www.archives.gov/files/st-louis/pdf/personnel-records-of-nara-st-louis.pdf Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
